To start off the food here is sub-par and over priced, however they do have the best outdoor seating in greenville so occasionally one does get the urge to go to Finelli's but on our last visit WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SIT OUTSIDE because it was "too hot" except the sun had already gone down and there was a breeze so it was not "too hot" this is a choice that should be made by the customer not the owner who apparently shows up in the morning and decides for the rest of the day if anyone is allowed to sit outside. When we confronted the manager about the situation not only was she a clueless idiot, she seemed absolutely terrified of the owner and in her nervousness she called us "rude" for asking her why if she is the manager why she is not allowed to decide on her own if we can eat outside when the owner is not there her reply was her name is not "Finelli" so she can not decide anything. DO NOT COME HERE

Food was not good. Tasted like it was frozen and reheated. Expected an authentic Italian place and was disappointed.

Just called them about a completely free opportunity with a student organization on campus and the lady that picked up was the rudest lady I have ever spoken to. So rude that I had to write a review. Never should someone speak to someone like that and just hang up. Awful.
