I ordered a drink with cold brew, 2 sandwiches, and another drink. I got everything else but they didnt have cold brew, instead of telling me that they didnt have cold brew the lady up front just had my empty cup sitting there, at no time did she call out my pickup name to ask me what I wanted instead of the drink with cold brew.

Misspelled my name When I asked about the drink that was sitting for 5 minutes, Barista mistook my misspelled name for a previous order that they had to remake Mispronounced another order's name so bad they had to ask the cashier what they even wrote Waited 30 minutes for my Chai latte. The line grew to 10+ people and I had a meeting in 5 minutes, so I walked out and lost $5. Realized they misspelled my name at the 30 minute mark

Got all the way back to office and got burnt by hot coffee, because they gave me the wrong drink. I had to drive all the way back and then they got order wrong again. Way to start a persons day, not!

I waited in line for almost 30 minutes for a small strawberry creme Frappuccino, I even grub hub an order from raisin canes and that was finished before I got my frapp. In the end I just left without it, no refund or anything. All the employees were too busy gossiping instead of making my drink
