I ordered seven windows in June and they were ready for pickup in July. One of the windows did not fit because the dimensions of the window were reversed. I returned it the first week of July. I called five times to check on the status of my window and every time I called I had to explain my situation as if they had no idea why I was calling. To make a long story short, they had my money and it took them until October to replace my window. The customer service was very poor and they treated me as if my business was not important.
