My experience with ABCsupplies was a complete nightmare. The customer service associate I worked with was incredibly unresponsive and unreliable. Despite assuring me that my fence order was being taken care of, he never followed up with me as promised and even let my invoice sit for two whole months without ever placing my order. When I tried to get in touch with his supervisor for assistance, I was met with the same disappointing lack of response - I never received a return phone call. The apologies I did receive were always weak ("We are incredibly busy") and there was no effort made to rectify the situation. In the end, I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend ABCsupplies to anyone - their communication and customer service are simply unacceptable. I would have much preferred to know up front if my order was too small to be worth their while, rather than being led to believe it was in progress when the truth was that it was never even submitted.
