I had a well pump that failed leaving us with no water for our home. I called TW Stanley in the afternoon and they came to our home within 1-hour. They were extremely knowledgeable about Wells and pumps and quickly diagnosed why our previous pump prematurely failed, which was incorrectly installed by another company. He pulled the old pump out and showed us each area where it had failed and took the time to explain to us how it should have been done right. I am extremely impressed with this company, their level of service, and knowledge very glad we decided to give them a call and not our previous company that installed our original pump.

Mr Stanley and his son were super helpful and very professional. When your water source is compromised it can be scary and they fixed our well pump and replaced our tank quickly. Their rates were competitive and although I hope to not need them again I absolutely wouldnt hesitate. :)

I highly recommend T.W. Stanley and Son! I asked for a thorough inspection of my well and pump because of excess sediment that stopped my washing machine from working. They provided complete peace of mind by inspecting the well pump and all operating parts, uncovering a leak and worn out out sensors that were allowing the pump to operate without stopping, which was churning up sediment. After one visit, this was all fixed and a filter was installed by the water pump to screen out sediment before it entered the house plumbing. He went over all the specs on my well and pump, reassuring me that I had strong pressure and there were no other issues present. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them to anyone with a well issue or question. Im new to having a well, and he gave me confidence that the current issue was fixed and that the well was in good working order. Great peace of mind! Thank you, T.W Stanley & Son!
