Realized Renovations

I am buying a shower door from Lowe's and paid them to install it, which they farmed out to Realized Renovations. That was over 2 weeks ago. During the past 2 weeks I have called and left multiple voicemails as has Lowe's. Today I called the Kernersville store back and spoke to a manager and told them to get me a different vendor since they don't communicate. 2 weeks and not so much as a phone call to set an expectation is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. They never answer. It took them 2 weeks to deliver a dishwasher only for it to be damaged. They never set up a time for the new delivery. I had to call them, they told me they weren't "mind readers" and the hardware store had to call them. The hardware store called their corporate office to find out they had it ready 3 days prior. The delivery of the 2nd dishwasher was going to be another 3 weeks. The hardware store was able to reach out to another delivery company and scheduled it for 3 days out. Smh, don't use them.

Horrible company Horrible communication You cannot get a hold of anyone, they will only call you back and leave a message (hours or days later) with the same call back number that you called in the first place, and schedule appointments without even telling you. Seriously unless they change their ways DO NOT have them install anything. It took over 3 months to resolve my issue (it wasn't even the company that did anything it was the original Installer who went out of his way, no appointment and it was his last day working for the company it to that fixed the issue) honestly I almost gave up and called someone else.

They will sent you only one guy to do the job. if job if too hard for the person, they simply won't do it . Also very hard to contact them by phone, even when you leave a message they don't call you back. 0% Recommended. Try at your own risk!!
