DO NOT STAY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!! I stayed one night with a friend for a concert the service wasnt so great but it didnt bother me much for such a short stay. I pre paid for the hotel on my debit card and once I arrived I was told that they needed to have a card on file as thats normally standard procedure so I asked to use my credit card and not my debit card which I purchased the room using. The lady took my credit card information and instantly they charged me $250 I say charged because I NEVER received this temporary hold back. I waited about 10 business days and to contact them after confirming with my bank that the hold was never dropped and the money wasnt returned. Instantly the lady on the phone tried to convince me I was looking at my statement wrong. So after looking more into it she got quiet and told me she would have to transfer me to her manager after holding I was told the manager wasnt in and she took my information down and told me I would get a call back with in a few business days. Well I never got that call so I called once again and the same lady transferred me to her managers number and once again i had no connection so I left a voicemail. Now its about a month later and after multiple calls nothing has been done to resolve the issue or state that their was any additional charge. THEY SUCK and clearly Im not the first person they have taken money from.

Staff was exceptional!!! Room was very clean. I stay in a lot of Hilton properties and am a Diamond Level on Hilton. I was actually recognized and appreciated more at this Hampton Inn than large high-end Hilton branded properties.

Room is clean, but smells like weed. Seriously? I asked for non smoking room and got a weed fest. We told front desk immediately after checking into room that the entire room smells of weed. We don't want to be charged a cleaning fee because weed smoke.
