lady working tonight 5/03/22 was completely disrespectful to everyone in the restaurant especially towards the ethnic couple in front of us. isnt getting ice cream supposed to be a fun experience?? Not with Grumpy cat over here

Worst customer service ever! And don't bother trying to sign up for their rewards, I came in with a birthday bogo coupon from their app and the shift leader said they couldn't take it without being able to print out a code on their little screen in front of the register. I was able to sign in on the little screen, and show her the coupon, but she couldn't get it to print it. So she called the owner and I guess he said to turn me away because after she got off the phone she just said they're nothing she can do and that no I can't talk to the owner and he's never in the store so I couldn't come back to talk to him ever. It was full price or go home. Luckily I had a different coupon that was for a few dollars off that I was able to pull up so I didn't have to pay their exorbitantly high ice cream prices. The bogo coupon expires in a couple of days though so I guess that's down the drain. What a waste. Cold stone needs to get aome management training from the Applebee's people. I had a very minor issue there a few weeks ago (they just forgot the dip on a togo order) and they bent over backwards to fix it and then refused to let me pay for my meal. I'll definitely be going back there and will tip what I didn't have to pay for the previous meal. That how you do customer service!
