Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

We love Menchies and were excited to see there was one not super far (25 min drive) but this location is not fantastic. We went last weekend, they had 4 flavors when we asked about the blinking ones the girl shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Half of their toppings were out or spilled on the counter and they simply didnt provide the Menchies service and experience we were used to.

The last few times Ive been, half of the options are out of order, and the ones they have, come out nearly melted. I miss the old Menchies : (

Yogurt is tasty, yet overpriced. I absolutely love all the dairy free options..but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that it is a self service yogurt shop and not a five star restaraunt. Sometimes they won't greet every customer, etc. However, I didn't like the vibes/atmosphere. I asked if there were sample cups (with a bigger cup in my hand so you know I'm not just in here trying to get free samples; it helps to actually taste the different flavors before committing to them). I was barely given a response, but she said that there are no samples. She talked to me like I was just trying to get something for free lol; I can afford a $10 yogurt. She barely spoke two words to me when checking me out and it felt like she just wanted me to go away. Everyone has bad days but I have a feeling it's a common occurrence here. Granted, for context, I am a black woman who currently has a dreadlock hair style, and that may or may not play a part, but I did not feel welcome there. However, there are other locations I can visit since I don't live in Greensboro. I know some customers can be unreasonable and annoying, but the responses to the constructive criticism/reviews here are shockingly rude and unprofessional. I doubt I'll be back to an establishment that talks to/views their customers this way.. but based on what they say they could not care less, so it is what it is
