This company is owned by a man that is a crook! He fails to pay his employees on time, sometimes days to weeks late. He does not provide pay stubs or W-2's either. As well he collects money from jobs the company does for work but never pays his suppliers. Just look him up on line and the lawsuits companies have against him! He never speaks the truth! He is a con artist!

Cadet Construction Company has hired us, Mann’s Locating Services a few times and every time the employees at Cadet Construction Company were professional, respectful, punctual and have always paid their bill prior to the due date.
