Milestone Hardscaping

I met with McCann Miles to look around to see what his suggestions would for repairing multiple things (a cracked walkway, decorative brick surrounding flower beds, restoring steps, possibly adding a firepit and memorial) During this consultation he immediately realized something that could've been detrimental to my porch that I had never noticed. The cement was completely splitting between where the handrail/bricks and cement meet - there was almost a full inch or more between some areas that I had somehow completely looked over. He explained that it was from the home settling throughout the years and if this were to continue my porch could separate from the home itself! He also was great at explaining how we could fix this as well as giving preventative suggestions that would not cover up certain parts of the porch (sentimental pawprints in the cement). The focus of that consultation came from simple wants to an absolute necessity - his observation will save my porch and possibly foundation of the house had it been left too long. Besides having a keen eye and is very observant, he had great suggestions when I was showing him vaguely how I'd like my walkway to look, and what we could do to make it appealing including certain paints that could make the stones light up at night. He also had very interesting suggestions on how I could create a stone memorial for my late mother. As far as the other repairs on the stairs and restoring a patio that used to be underneath a porch, it seemed like it would not be hard at all for him. I'm excited to see what we can come up with - but grateful that he noticed the porch issue!

First appointment was rescheduled, to which I paid a consultation fee once they came out (unheard of). Then was charged for drawings I did not ask for and now being harassed for the money when there was never a signed contract. I would be very weary of this company. I never approved the design. I literally asked for a price..." Its kind of hard to picture since the deck and house arent exact. If we just want the landing areas at the back and the walkway, lets price that out." Not correct the drawing, but get a price. I did not approve a drawing or approve moving forward.

Best contractor I have EVER worked with! Showed up on time, professional, reliable, polite, worked hard, and FANTASTIC craftsmanship. Produced digital representation of what the patio would look like before he began work so we could manage scope of work and final product outcome. There were several occurrences where material costs increased at no fault to Milestone, but they honored their contract and completed the work on time and at the agreed upon quote. Craftsmanship and engineering mixed with creative ingenuity lead to a gorgeous and extremely sturdy patio, natural gas fire pit, seat wall, columns, and pyramid style staircase. Again, couldn't recommend them any higher. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Used their appt schedule 1pm no one came contact company they apologize but that doesn't get my yard done so no glowing reviews here. ....
