I would give them less than one star if that were possible. Poor, poor passive aggressive customer service at the local store. I will NEVER use them again.I took off of work. Item was not delivered.They canceled my order without my permission... WOW! If my company ran our business like this...we'd be out of business. The savings is not worth the frustration, worthless promises and lost wages (e.g., lost vacation time I had to spend for NOTHING)...

My Father went today to this outlet and the person that is in the back giving out the appliances it was so rude this is the second time that we go and buy and that person treats us bad.

If I could give a negative rating I definitely would! I bought a washer dryer and stove here the guy that sold it to me which is the older gentleman there I don't remember his name will say anything to get you to buy stuff and then when you go to pick it up he gives you something that you did not pick out in my case he brought out a washer that was a floor model and that was not what I paid for I paid for a washer in the Box. When I told him this he said well you already paid for everything so it's your choice if you want to leave everything to. This particular washer never washed correctly and he close on top would always be dry and never got washed I had to wash clothes two or three times for it to wash thoroughly. I did have an extended warranty and I called Sears several times but they told me that this was normal that if I wanted to keep the washer to just keep it on the large load settings. Well that's not very efficient now is it? Terrible place please go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.
