      image Tire rotation and replacing two headlight bulbs. I was told the tire rotation was free and then charged 24.99. I wasnt consulted about the price to replace headlight bulbs, and was charged $200 for that, including $18 to throw out the old headlights. I felt like I had been robbed since I wasnt even asked first about those prices.
