        This was an emergency stop on my travel from FL to PA when I lost cruise control and a few other "odd things" occurred - enough to make me find the Mazda dealership closest to my location. I called and spoke with Stoney who told me to head over. He met me at my car, directed me to the comfortable waiting area, and returned in less than 30 minutes with my now fully functional car. Thanks to the technician who did whatever he/she did. Thanks to Stoney for understanding my concern and addressing it in a very professional and personable manner.

        Down hill. Not the same. 7/8/22... Update I like the New Service Desk Guy (Stone).. He's a good replacement for Barry.. Wonderful personality and connects well with the customer..
