I must say they have the finest cardiovascular staff around. Went to emergency room with chest pain. Was taken straight back and was cared for by some of the best people. Diagnosed with a heart attack within minutes and was taken straight to surgery. Luckily I only required 1 stint. I had some of the best treatment and best staff during my stay. Thank you to everyone there.

I worked at Caromont on the Psychiatry floor and they set me up once I put my two week notice in. I didnt take any CSI class or any safety training but yet they still let me work there. Theyre short staffed and dont care about their employees. I was stuck in a locked area with 40 patients and no way to hide if I was in danger. They often forgot to give me a lunch break purposely. I tried to speak with HR about the issues but they didnt listen and took their side. They often pull staff from other floors who arent trained to work on that floor. I do not recommend working here or bringing your family here at all.

This places is a joke . 5 hours to admit a kid. Even when papers where signed still hours to get her in.

my mom just had a total hip replacement surgery and she isn't being taken care of the way she should be. When I visited, every time she called a nurse to help her to the bathroom, it would take thirty minutes or longer. I understand the nurses are busy, but for it to be at the point where they can't even get her to the bathroom within a reasonable time of her asking, then they are obviously understaffed. Not to mention, the cold disposition and lack of sympathy of some of the nurses. I'm very disappointed in this hospital's model of care.
