Came to ER because of my right foot being in pain and swollen. Dr Kevin Michael O'Connor was very rude and uncaring. He told me that I need to deal with the pain instead of being nauseated. He stated he had physical therapy one time and ended up having surgery but never took one pain pill because it makes him nauseated. My blood pressure was very high but I couldn't get a Aspirin or ibuprofen. He pressed and twist my foot and said someone will be in here to put a ace bandage on it. I was never given anything but more pain from the doctor. They changed my blood pressure reading on my discharge papers and sent me home with nothing . Came in pain and left in more pain. The doctor as well as the nurses never wash their hands when entering or leaving but covid 19 is out here .

Run! Fast! This is a strange hospital…. Supposed all the ER “doctors” are third party contracted etc. found out after I received multiple bills from every Dr. that payed me a visit. All the Dr.’s in this place will charge you according to their own rate! It’s not just one bill! It’s crazy! Getting charged hundreds of dollars for less than a few minute consultations? Really? It ridiculous wether you are insured or not….Avoid this place unless you have absolutely no choice! Or just avoid it all cost and go to Charlotte.
