Regal Franklin Square

The staff are nice and helpful, the food is normal for movie theaters. The only issue is the outdated decor. Hopefully the update this place! This place has so much potential!

Not sure why this theater has over 4 stars. The walls were too thin so that I could hear the movie playing next door, and my own movie wasnt loud enough to drown out the noises of the people around me. The movie screen was also poor quality. The tickets were overpriced for a theater thats not updated. I recommend trying a different theater.

So far the employees are nice and friendly but after watching a movie last night in Auditorium 14 it was so blurry you could barely even see it. Almost everyone left leaving the audience down to 4 people only who decided to tough it out and listen to a movie instead of watching it. I hope all auditoriums are not as bad as 14. I'd suggest hiring someone who can work the projector and give us value for our purchase.
