        Showtime was supposed to be 6:30PM. The movie didn't start until 7PM. Ruined all plans after the movie. If you are advertising a start time, start on time.

        They had several full lines opened at concessions. Unfortunately, with one line, after they helped the person in front, they decided to tell everyone else in that line that it was closed. And it was a manager as well. This is a horrible way to treat customers. He should have just left it open. Good way to ruin a movie going experience.
