Rite Aid

It seems as though the service has went down since the merger with Walgreens. I have been getting my precriptions filled here since I moved to Gastonia 5 years ago. Everything was quick and easy up until recently Firstly, the newbie that is there, young lady with a short hair cut and glasses was rude to me the first time I picked up my prescription. Clearly she was inexperienced and didn't know what was going on or how to answer questions that I was asking her about my prescription. The 2nd time, they couldn't find my prescription because all of a sudden my account was reversed back to my maiden name which was updated 3 years ago -_- They didn't believe me when I said that I received confirmation that prescription was ready for pick up so I then had to walk back out to my car to retrieve my phone (8 months pregnant by the way) get back in line show them the only for ME to figure out well maybe they had a different name which they did. Not sure why they're system is now registering an old name after 3 years. I blame the merger and I WILL be transferring my prescriptions from this location due to lack of good customer service and unorganization.

I got my medicine all my life at Riteaid , your pharmacist was so rude to me. She told me that she could not make time to order my medicine n told me to go to another drug store . She wasn't planning to do any ordering for nobody. The lady pharmacist. So I rate her 3 Stars ....

I'd I could I'd give it a - star been waiting 2 weeks for a persciption for my daughter and when I call I get put on hold and nobody comes back I have to call again. There employees are prolly taking the prescriptions.
