      image Where is this guy? Office clearly states his hours, yet he is never in his office, let alone any staff. I called the office many times to get a very specific letter to that I needed for the DMV to clear a mistakenly suspended license. It literally took 3 weeks to get this letter as I had to request the specifics several times. Finally was able to talk to an agent (apparently from the same office working from home) and she was able to take care of the letter issue. I have NEVER had this much issue with Allstate before. This office is absolutely awful. The website and app are not very good either.
