Ive only been waiting 2 hours on my aunts Dr visit. I didnt know that you had to be admitted for just a Dr visit. My Dr office sees me within 15 minutes. No wonder why people die at Mission. Mission is horrible medical help. If you need great medical help. NORTHEAST GEORGIA PHYSICIANS GROUP!!!! You will be seen quick & awesome Dr.s. MISSION IS A JOKE!!!!!

They seemed great at first, which is why Im giving 2 stars instead of one. However, they never kept any nurse practitioner for long, so every time I needed to see someone, I had to pay for an intake appointment. When I needed FMLA paperwork done, Dr. Hurley said he would do so, but then refused since I didnt have an established relationship with a provider. Duh! This place cant keep providers! My husband also left. He was happy with care he was getting, but he was being grossly overcharged, and couldnt afford the hours on the phone dealing with insurance issues.

Loved my visit at Mission! I saw Tammy, the nurse practitioner and she was so warm and compassionate. I have horrific allergies and not only did she give me great advice about managing my allergies drug free after clearing up the hot mess going on with my face (sinuses), she assisted me with my current medications for allergy control (proscribed by a different Dr). I stopped taking my medication because it made me feel terrible, I even reached out to my former allergist about this eons ago, after no response, I stopped. She directed me at what time to take it. She honestly didnt have to do that. Tammy also recommended me to a fantastic pharmacy that was another wonderful experience. Tracy at the front desk- another warm and compassionate person! I couldnt find my insurance card, and she was so patient with me. I feel like boo boo but I left in such an amazing mood. Even the gentleman(I didnt catch his name) at intake was patient with me while researching the antibiotics that I had adverse reactions to. The folks here are EXACTLY in the right field. Kind, empathetic, warm and informative. Thank you so much, Mission! Ive never had such a pleasant medical experience start to finish. I kind of thought I was in the Twilight Zone waiting for some kind of ball to drop, but nope! You guys are incredible and I look forward to seeing you again as my established primary care team!

I scheduled an appointment specifically so that I could establish care and refill my estrogen rx. I was given the appointment for 3.23.23. Over the course of the 2 weeks I waited to get in I was in contact with the office to verify why I was being seen as well as to ask for an estimate of cost as I have no insurance. I never did get an estimate. Each time I spoke with someone they verified my reason for coming. I arrived, paid my $204 gave my history and was roomed. The Dr came in and told me that she doesn't prescribe estrogen, that I would need an appointment with ob gyn. I was very upset and on checking out explained that I had been without my medication since January. I asked why I was booked with a Dr that could not help me.mi was told the scheduling was done in Asheville? Not sure why that would be an issue. Since then for the last month I have attempted to resolve this with customer care to no avail, although the first person I spoke with admitted there were multiple fails and that she would have her supervisor OK my refund. To date I have not heard back or had any of my calls returned. The good news is that I found an ob gyn I. Franklin who returned my call in 2 hours, saw me the next day and refilled my estrogen. I. Glad to know there are still health care providers that care about us as patients. In all fairness I want to say that earlier today Mission Health reached out to me and made things right by refunding my payment. Thank you for doing the right thing!
