My wife called and asked about care for severe cold. They said they could help and were not busy. We got there an hour later and there was a sign out front saying they were at capacity and not taking any more patients. The parking lot was mostly empty. There were just a few people inside waiting, maybe 3 or so. I've been there when they were busy. This was not one of those times! An urgent care center is useless if they send people who are suffering away for no good reason!

I felt compelled to leave a review since there are so many terrible experiences listed here. Without lots of options for weekend urgent care, I appreciate that I can walk-in and be seen when needed. My visit was 50 minutes from check in to check out. The staff was courteous. The place was clean. Is it the Four Seasons hotel of urgent care? No, but I am just grateful to have an option in town that was efficient and available.

Their sign read at capacity and not seeing anymore patients today. With one car in the parking lot. Since this sign was a permanent wooden sign and not something handwritten on the door, I had to assume they do this often. Went to the ER in Franklin and was told that they indeed do.

I use to have great service with this center the last 2 time one in January 2024 and one current April 8th. Has been aweful! I have had sinus issues since January and at that time inner ear fluid built up that gave me vertigo and some coughing which the meds described did not work it took days to get a call back from a doctor 2nd visit current by same doctor G.P. Initials visited 4/8/24 explained everything of all symptoms he listened to my lungs felt my sinuses and stated my oxygen lever was not good said I definitely have bronchitis. Subscribed me an inhaler.. and over counter musinex and neilmed sinus rinse stated to call if not better in 3 days. Nothing else to help me. I called back and he was not at center they didnt even know if he was sick or just out! Not professional at all. She said she would send a email this was at 8am at noon no repo she from him this is just like the last time.. so I am charged 150! For what kind of help? Told to go to another clinic ? Say what!!??? Are doctors not doctors anymore? The doctor actually said that if he prescribed me a antibiotic or anything else he would basically get in trouble from mission.. what is happening with our healthcare now!

The medical bills we've received from this office have been confusing and infuriating. Since we were visiting family from out of state, we were told at check-in to not use our insurance and instead pay the out of pocket rate (~$360 for my spouse and I). It was a pretty penny but we felt it was worth it for the peace of mind since we were seeing a lot of family. The bills then began to appear in the mail about a month later & have been unending the past year. Even though we paid the "out of pocket rate" in full, they were asking for more money (an *additional* ~$420) for basic items like covid and flu tests. When I asked for clarity on why we were getting billed additional amounts for these items, they were rude and aggressive on the phone to me. I then provided our insurance information and asked for them to submit the claims to them. For whatever reason, Mission Health continued to say my insurance would not cover these items even though it covered them for my spouse. At the end of the day, I finally paid the balance to make it all go away because they were threatening debt collection. So that means I ended up paying almost $600 to be seen by a PA, at the same time as my spouse, for about 20 mins, who did nothing but provide basic tests and tell me and my spouse to use a netipot. Real nice. I've worked in the health industry many years and this feels like a total racket, bordering on medical gaslighting. ESPECIALLY because Franklin is a rural area with limited healthcare choices, and common courtesy was not provided when I had questions about the extra charges. Despite the limited options, I will NEVER return to this facility nor will my family members.
