Excellent service throughout, from planning and design of my windows to the final installation. I was really impressed by the care taken with each installation and in particular with the finishing off around all the frames which was done meticulously.
The installation team were fantastic, they left our home clean and tidy and were very highly skilled. If there was ever a company to recommend for new windows and doors, I would always point people to Southern Wide Windows. First class in every single way! Well done, keep up the amazing work and professionalism.

Great experience from start to finish. From the time I spoke with them, through installation these guys were nothing but professional in every way. The replacement windows installers did an amazing job and I appreciate them working around challenges of replacing windows in an older home. Their pricing is great and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete my job. Thank You Guys!!

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate last week for a sliding glass door, my appointment was supposed to be 08/09/17 at 9am, most businesses all to confirm the day before but I didn't think anything of it when they didn't. I called 20 minutes before my appointment to make sure I had the correct time since I took the day off just to be told by the gentleman who answered the phone that if I had an appointment today that no one was going to be able to make it out and that they weren't taking anymore appointments cause things got backed up. Now I know life happens and things can get out of control, but when you're running a business, the least you could do is call the client and let them now something. If I hadn't called I would've been sitting here looking crazy. Now I've lost a day of pay for nothing and am going to have have to take another day off after I find a company that's professional and knows how to do business. Will not be using or recommending Southern Wide windows to anyone due to this unprofessional behavior.
