We needed to replace a bay window, Jeremy was our estimator, he was on time for our appointment & very knowledgeable. The estimate stated 8-10 weeks for installation, the window came in ahead of schedule and we had our new window in before Christmas! The installers, Dave & Steve were punctual, very professional and so kind, we had a birds nest on top of the bay window I forgot to ask them to save for me, and they preserved it without me having to ask them to. They were finished by mid afternoon and the window looks great!

The scheduling and in home evaluation for a quote was simple and easy. The technician was very professional. I had an issue with receiving a quote from this company, but it was eventually resolved. I sincerely appreciate their customer service in following up with me and rectifying the miscommunication. Ill likely do business with them in the new year.

Look closely for the big hole covered up with clear silicone caulk and new window stool. Installers left job before completing contract to install 12 sash replacement kits. Shouldve known my new casement window on the trailer window stack was damaged.
