Had oil change ,done pretty quick, wanted front end alignment was told to check back as they only had 1 tech on duty as 1 was on vacation .waited until the second guy was back. went on back Tuesday 11-18-2021 at 08:15 checked in waited till 11:45 my car was still out front ,I asked the young lady how much longer she said your next which ever tech finishes first. I wait till like 11:15 and asked again the short old guy said they were backed up and only 1 tech on duty. Somebody lied and he's the one that who checked me in when I asked how of a wait ,he you said you can get in quickly( not) stay away from them on bragg boulevard.got my keys and left Made appointments up the street Won't be going there again.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy you receive at this place. That being said, I had to take my truck to the Black's Tire on Gillespie Street two weeks later so that they could PROPERLY balance all four tires and install the PROPER valve stems so that my tires would stop going flat. Come on, guys, what's going on in your shop???

If you're looking for great service done by reliable techs at a great price this is the location. I had issues with my after market rims and Alex took care of it the first time, which two other auto service locations couldn't. Hands down Alex knows what he's doing and he's super thorough and super fast! Thanks Alex, for the dependable work! Also the young female with the dark hair (my fault I forgot her name) at the service desk was very sweet...
