        Update 4/12/2024: Sadly I will no longer be recommending Pep Boys to anyone with a car that needs even basic servicing. Surprise charges keep getting added, they have repeatedly damaged my car and attempted to hide it, and now sell me new tires once a year because suddenly they cant safely do a basic rotation without them. My favorite experience as of late is finding out they stripped my oil pan plug and let me drive my car out the door which is second only to finding out they did 1/2 of a repair I paid for and now want me to pay for a second round of labor to correct an issue they told me I was good to go on and have their records to prove this. Love this store! Every time I come in they are able to help my not car knowable self get exactly what I need without adding on all the extras many shops love to include. Today it was Triple T (aka Tire Tech Toby) who serviced my car. Im always able to drive up and say my car is doing this thing, can you fix it?? and its fixed correctly and quickly. We also had the pleasure of meeting Big Sarge (Geary) who provided some valuable insight on service my car will need soon. Now I know what I need, what to budget, and how much time to allot. Love the military discount they add every time too. Its a little thing that means a lot to our familys budget.

        I went to PepBoys in September 2023 and got a complete brake job, pads and rotors changed. 6 months later, my vehicle sounds horrible and is scrubbing very bad. I only drive to work and home most days. And I despise hard braking so I know I wasnt rough on them. Im no mechanic but I dont feel like within 6 months of spending a good bit of money to get my vehicle brakes right that I should be having to do it again.
