Kristen was really nice. She helped me as quickly as she could. She was really patient with me and my son. I appreciate it 🙏 the whole store needs a raise. Everyone was really friendly.

I went here tonight with my Dad to resolve a complicated problem. Marisha helped us out, she was not only exceedingly polite and well mannered but she went above and beyond to help me. The other gentleman working tonight was also pleasantly accommodating and worked together with Marisha to help us. Despite having a complicated problem it took less than an hour to resolve. Customer service is not in the forethought of most people’s minds these days but these two make you feel like it’s their only job. I can not possibly heap enough praise on the job they’ve done. Rest assured they are not trying to upsell you for the sake of a commission. Honesty, integrity, humility, and kindness are all too rare these days so when I see it, I like to appreciate it and commend the two who showed these attributes in abundance. Thank you for all your help.

They don't care about customers. They care about commission. My aunt's samsung A10 stopped receiving calls and dropping calls. The the techs response was that her phone didn't work anymore because the new networks were only allowing phones with 5G to function properly. Since when does data coverage affect voice? They are taking advantage of seniors that are technically illiterate.

In and out quickly. The store is a little rough around the edges for how new it is but ultimately I got what I needed. Staff was friendly and attentive. After reviewing my bill I have edited my review. They will charge a $30 fee for putting your phone in the case and putting on the screen protector. Had I known this I could have done that myself. They call it a "Upgrade Support Charge" but they do not tell you this in advance.
