Yesterday, April 8th, I went to the Skibo store and a young man by the name of Kevin did such an amazing job in taking care of our phone issues for my parents as well as myself. It was nice to have a Spanish speaking individual that communicated directly with my mom and I did not have to translate! The reason I went in was to have a tech look at my phone! I have problems with the volume on my phone. The rep "tried" to fix my phone by doing things I had already done! I had already, on several occasions, went into "sound and haptics" and made sure the volume was up! That was all she did and said she had fixed the problem. I'm NOT stupid, I had done that many times. Never once allowed me to speak to someone who worked on phones! Kept saying "they" would want me to upgrade my phone, get a new phone, or file an insurance claim! When my contract is done, I am done with AT&T!!!

Shanon D. & Erica W. Respresentatives Are outstanding! They helped me get my phone fixed after many hours on the phone, after being at the other bad location (Ramsay) and after dealing with insurance claims! If it weren't for Shanon D. I would probably be seeing due to paying for insurance and kepe being denied. Thank you! Recommend 10 out of 10!!! This is the Skibo location that's awesome because at the Ramsay location I just got handed a brochure to go and call after I've done those previous so they were no help. Ramsay just seemed to try to get rid of you if you had a product issue.
