        My day was not going well, and then having to go to the Verizon store, I thought was only going to make it worse because, I just knew it would be crowded; Surprisingly it was not crowded, and the rep that helped me really made me feel a lot better!! She was amazing and got things done in a timely manner despite the situation she had to deal with, and help me resolveso shout out to her!! Great job Verizon Rep keep up the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! I could never leave Verizon PERIOD!!

        Had such a wonderful experience today with my daughter. I came in looking to buy a new phone and my rep Taquanna was so great. I never thought I'd have a good time going to buy a phone but we laughed the whole time and she got me everything I needed and I feel like I payed a good price for what I got. Definitely recommended!

        Horrible experience. I went in to get 2 new lines the 2 people in there were having a conversation with someone when it was done the lady asked me can I help you I said yes I'd like to get 2 lines she said are you trading in a phone and I said no. She replied sorry we only doing deals with trade ins like I couldnt go threw them if I wasn't trading I my old phone I was like ummm ok and she just turned her head like she had something else to do. Who does customers like that. I went online instead and was able to do everything I needed to. I don't see why the employees there couldn't help without having a trade in...
