        Ms. Tameca greated me with a smile whilst multitasking with another customer. I was very pleased with her attitude and how quickly she helped me resolve my phone issue during my lunch break. I was so frustrated with my phone restarting randomly and she found me a better phone deal so I won't have to go without a phone. I love my new moto g stylus 23 phone! She definitely knows how to keep a cricket customer! Give her a raise, 5 stars for me, thank you!!

        They don't know what their doing... Supervisor Kevin(supposedly) he's name rude rude rude... Giving all information gives you account number but they can't give you a pin #

        If you want someone who goes above and beyond for you, ask for Shayla. Shayla was great, adamant about having my issue regarding another phone company (transferring) handled. Her knowledge about all pros and cons on all cricket phones was incredible, 25 minutes later i walked out with a brand new phone! I told her what i wanted not knowing anything about androids and im blessed with this phone! Thank you Shayla for all of your hard work! THANK YOU CRICKET!!
