Had to call 3 times to get them to come out. Once they came out they did a five star job replacing my hot water heater.

Haire Plumbing did all of the plumbing work for my employer (restaurant/bar). It was new construction. The quality of the workmanship is HORRIBLE. We have only been open for 8 months and almost every sink leaks and/or is coming off the wall. The drain pipes are misaligned with the holes they are supposed to funnel into, causing water to drain all over the floors. The water heater has already leaked twice. When we have brought these issues to their attention, all we have gotten in return are a bunch of excuses, half-handed attempts to correct the issues and lots of attitude. For some reason, they were also contracted to install the hoods in the kitchen, which was done improperly and are a literal fire hazard. I've never seen such a complete mess and glaring example of inept, incompetent, half a$$ workmanship. I would tell anyone, especially a commercial entity DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Had a weekend plumbing emergency! Called two 24 hour services and Haire Plumbing was able to take care of it, Mike was great! Called back quickly and was here within an hour on a Sunday morning. Luckily our main line was just clogged due to a mischievous 7 year old flushing half a container of Clorox wipes Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the plumbing in my 1935 house. I feel the cost was reasonable considering it was a weekend call. Great customer service! Service: Sewer cleaning
