Sadly, it took 4 visits (five pending) from the tech to get a gas line hooked up (maybe more it failed again today, so still not done. I can only assume that codes very from county to county (otherwise they are just bad at their jobs). Asked manager to call me. Jeremy doesn't have time for me. I am at 2 days lost work for this. I realize that Moore County might be a little out of their usual service area so I recommended that they contact the counties they are unfamiliar with to learn those coded differences. Didn't seem to be received earnestly.

Logon, was very professional and pleasant to talk with. He check out the thermostat and everything. I am very pleased with the service. Also scheduling of the appointment was just perfect. When I put the request in though AHS I was called by your company the same day. I really appreciated it. Thank you very much.
