My daughter loved it at first but hated it after a couple of weeks. They kept switching her classes and teachers. They put her in the infant room, she's a toddler. Unprofessional all around.

Worst daycare ever!My kids have new teachers like every 2-4 weeks.My children have had clothes,blankets&carseats just go missing.Staff will argue with you.This place was great when Ms.Nikki(with dreads) was there. When I advised them I wanted to pull my kids out they are now telling me about all extra fees for taking them out.Trash trash trash

If I could give this daycare center zero stars for being unprofessional and unreliable, I would. My husband and I had gone into Koala daycare and spoke with Miss Diana, who is the director there. She had given us a tour and introduced us to the staff. Everything seemed great and she quoted us a price. I show up today to entroll my son in the daycare and as I am filing out paperwork, Miss Diana had to leave to take the older children to work, which is totally fine. Things turned south when the owner, who never introduced herself to me, got tired of waiting for Miss Diana to return and just said to me, "so what did you two discuss?" Excuse me? So I asked her if she is questioning me about rates and the days I would need daycare. I told her what Miss Diana and I agreed on and she immediately said, "that's not right" and began quoting me a new price for part time day care. Then told me there was a restriction on hours. Then told me Miss Diana would not be the one to watch him. She then said she would have to hire another person and mid sentence changed her mind and said I can pick one of the two girls in the other room to watch him. Immediately after that she changed her mind again and said I would have to enroll him full time. Miss Diana finally came back and the owner walked outside. I told Miss Diana what had happened and how there was a change in price and I had to make him full time. They then told me I could always not work weekends, which is not an option with work but thanks for your suggestion, or I could have separate daycare for the weekend and on my two days off during the week I could drop him off for a few hours. So the owner decided she wanted to raise the price, have someone watch him I never met, change the hours and availability. Since I couldn't enroll him today, I was forced to stay home from work and miss a days pay. What started off as a great day quickly turned south when the owner got involved and started pulling new numbers and rules and regulations out of thin air. What is even worse is that her own staff had told me, "she does this all the time. She changes things at the last minute and she has final say". Sucks for them because I had two friends looking for infant daycare and were going to go where I went. Looks like they missed out. I will never recommend this daycare center to anyone, and I know a lot of working moms.
