My kids have been going here for a few months now. I have an infant and a 3 year old. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It takes some time for your kids to adjust, but the staff understands and is patient with that. My infant is taken care of really well. The communication is a big plus for me too. They use an app and tell you when they change your kid, when they get fed, if they eat, etc. they also send pics and you can see them on the cameras. Highly recommend!

If youre looking for a center to send your children seek another daycare. They are always short staffed, send alerts asking parents to volunteer to keep your child at home (why when they are being paid for a service), and lie about sending teachers home when asked about being short staffed. Expect a phone call about your child doing anything age appropriate. If your child doesnt like to clean up after being asked once then expect a behavior report and call home. If your child asked for water and they give her a cup instead of her water bottle which was brought to school expect a behavior report and a call home. If your child is playing in water for 10 minutes and you have to call the school to tell the director this isnt the school for your child. There is no supervision the children are watching themselves. They dont advocate for children who need extra attention and love. If you do decide this school make sure you ask how long teachers have worked there because they have a high turnover. If you love your children DO NOT send them here.

In the beginning, my son had a very rough transition, he cried daily, struggled to eat, struggled to interact with other kids, and wanted to be left alone. We are on week 3 at this facility and the staff has been more than accommodating of my son (and myself). I asked for a meeting with the director as I felt some things needed to be addressed and they made that happen that day. We met with both directors (Jennifer and Keisha) the teacher, and me to address the concerns and all problems that I once had have all been resolved. In addition, the teachers in toddler 1 (Anke and Alisha) have been so patient and respectful of my son as he transitioned to a new daycare. They are true professionals and are great for kids. I had a very hard time watching my son cry every day and the teachers have made it easy to drop him off and trust that they take care of him while he is there all day (took me longer than my son). Pros: very clean, cameras, accommodating, kind, respectful, serve meals and tuition includes diapers, kids go outside daily, water play weekly Cons: every now and again the cameras do not work, the app takes time to get used to
