Not only was the support team quick to reach out and follow up on my request, but they had amazing customer service while doing so. Michael went above and beyond explaining everything to me, and making himself available if another issue were to arise. I would recommend them to everyone and everyone!

I have to say, as far as IT companies go... they are top notch. However, what sets Team Logic apart from "other tech companies" is they really go above and beyond. You will always be treated fairly, honestly, and their prices are extremely fair. Plus, these folks REALLY know their stuff. I will not work with ANY other company for my company's IT needs. I have to give special props to their Director of Tech Services, Michael Bishop, who continues to be a knowledgeable person to work with, and has always provided our company with the 'white-glove service' and diligence we need. Our company was having issues with the email server we were using; Michael suggested a cost-effective solution and thus migrated us to Microsoft 365. The whole thing was painless and we had NO company downtime. Thanks for providing a service we can trust!
