      We are so sorry that we were unable to retrieve your pictures. When you dropped your machine off we made you aware that since the data had already been overwritten we would most likely not be able to recover anything. We really wanted to help because losing pictures is so hard so our technicians spent extensive time trying to save anything for you. Since we were right and no pictures were recoverable, we decided not to bill you for any of the time spent on your machine.
