Terrible. Do not sign up for any service if you go here. I’m still running around fixing this mess because the rep was uninformed about Sprint policies. I made my intentions clear when I came into the store and I feel like I was up sold a dream and received a nightmare!

My husband and I usually have gone to Best buy Mobile locations in the past and they have always done well by us. This location in particular has always been patient, understanding and very knowledgeable in regard to what all the phone companies offer.
They have always done their best work when helping us. Especially when phone companies like Sprint and AT&T have given them the runaround and "don't have any answers". We unfortunately had some of the worst experience with Sprint and AT&T.
One thing that really bugs me about the customers that come in on their lunch breaks and are expecting speedy service, need to realize not all problems can be solved at the snap of someone's fingers. We unfortunately were in and out of their store for a few months because of the whole Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. We knew we had to be patient because this was a unique issue.
I appreciate the entire team that works at this Best Buy Mobile location.
