I do not like to give 2 stars to any business, but I am not sure that I can do anything more than 2. The business is very much disorganized and had a difficult time in answering questions about the homes they sell. I was given a master key to all the models on site and I walked through mud and water up to my shins by myself to see the model homes...when I returned to the office and was attempting to get a few questions answered by the associate, I have to say that I was not impressed by any means. And I nearly had a WOWWW moment when the pricing of the manufactured homes were discussed...my jaw dropped. I could have a custom built home constructed by a contractor for the cost of a double doublewide or modular home that they offer. I thought manufactured homes were affordable and also a little bit of help would have been so much appreciated when I was set out alone to look at the models on site...I had questions and they had no idea how to answer them as by the time I got back to the office, every house ran together and I was also pretty aggravated by the mud I was covered in.

We bought our home and land thru Carolina Housing and were extremely happy with our purchase. We ordered our home and the staff made it a very easy process !
