Communication was all I could have hoped for. The woman answering the phone was professional and polite. You could almost hear her smile through the phone. Received a confirmation text of the next-day appointment. Received a text saying the technician was on his way. Right on time. The technician was terrific. He quickly resolved the issue (remote fire starter was defective). He was exceptionally clean during his work. He was very personable. Very satisfied to be sure.

Had a nice conversation at the showroom. Appointment for in-home consultation was rescheduled. Then failed to show for appointment, called after not bothered about missing the window. You'll get better service from the cable company. Looking elsewhere.

Dustin did an excellent job cleaning and adjusting our gas fireplace. He also cleaned the unit and glass front. I will definitely continue to use The Grilling Store and Fireplace Shop.

Small place, but, to me, a very large selection of grills and some accessories. However, the staff is knowledgeable. The man I spoken with was very friendly and gave me great information for my rotisserie on my grill.
