Brenda helped my elderly family member with compression hose and taught us how to don the stockings. She was super patient, knowledgeable and kind. She is an example of what extraordinary customer service looks like. We had a great experience!

Very unhelpful clerks. They told me I couldnt buy the brand of compression stockings my PT recommended because my measurements didnt fit any column exactly. When I asked what they did in such a situation, they had no options except a different brand. When I asked to see the measurements they had done, I was told I couldnt see them. Went to Gurleys instead and got fitted by someone who was more competent. I discussed this interaction with my PT, and she couldnt figure out what the clerks problem was. I suggested that she not recommend the Superstore to any more of her patients.

super friendly staff, came quickly to fix my chair. Fixed it and didn't charge an arm and a leg, just the best experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
