We obtained Carolina Medical Alerts for our father in January of this year. So far the service has been wonderful! On initial consult, they came to his home and answered all of our questions regarding service, operational features, call center support, etc.... My dad has had one fall since we have had it, and the service worked as described! Within 10 minutes, our entire call list received calls and were provided a detailed update of the incident (no medical care was needed). We use the device with the "fall detection" and it worked perfectly on that incident. I would highly recommended giving them a call and see if its a fit for your family.
