Rent to Own Depot

Bad experience! Great deals and prices but we NEVER received our furniture!!! My fiancé & I went and purchased a few items of furniture on a Friday on a weekly lease, we were told that they couldn't deliver our furniture the next day (Saturday) because they already had too many deliveries and we had to wait until NEXT Saturday...the next weekend comes and we get a phone call that the delivery person was rushed to the ER, okay that's out of our control we understand that..we were then told that we would get a call Monday so we can set up a new day since they are closed on Sundays. Monday comes & there's still no solution, on top of that they never once let us come get our own furniture because they don't do "Self Delivery" & it's "policy". They then told us that they were starting to issue refunds because they had no one to deliver the furniture which is BS, we obviously really wanted the furniture we picked out and had already waited all this time when we could've took our money somewhere else! Today is now Saturday and they still have no one to deliver, we were hoping that with it being a week since the delivery person was rushed to the hospital that they would have either found someone that could do the job or the person would be well enough to deliver. I couldn't get my refund that Monday because I was at work and they were closed Tuesday-Friday for Thanksgiving, it's now been two weeks without furniture or a refund and two UNSATISFIED customers. Yes a refund is fine and dandy but where's the customer service, it's seems like they do not care if we are happy/satsifed or not, they just want to refund the money and be done. I just don't understand how you can have only ONE delivery driver and can't find anyone is to deliver if this is supposed to be a business. They are losing a bunch of money. I’m very disappointed and will never be back. I'll be sure to take back all of the recommendations I gave!

This place is GREAT! I wish we would have come here first! I must say, after renting from Aaron's for a long time, the prices at Rent to Own Depot are AMAZING! What they charge you for a FULL living room (tables and lamps included) & a FULL bedroom is crazy! Their prices are UNBELIEVABLE! They will ALWAYS get my family business!!! They don't hassle or pressure you to buy anything! Their delivery team were ON TIME, FRIENDLY and FAST! I recommend EVERYONE to go here! Saidy & Martin are friendly and professional!
