Dealt with a guy named Chris and did not get anything accomplished except alot of time wasted and two trips to store. Told me to come in the next day and came back and could not get any further. Would have been better calling vs visiting store. Nothing accomplished.

Awful AT&T store. Go elsewhere. Staff is stand offish and rude. People laying around and being unhelpful. Go to any other AT&T store.

It is a busy store however the associate that helped me was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly and really met my needs as a customer

UPDATE: I Can't keep this positive review without giving an update. The Consultant was amazing but we have had continued issues with At&t itself. since December we have been promised these changes will be reflected on our bill but have found NO change for the past 3 months. We have gone back several times only for us to be promised "next bill you will see the decrease". If we recive another uncorrected bill I will be Canceling the service and changing to Mint Mobile.

DEC 2023 Review: I came in with my mother to lower our bill. Was concerned as we had felt alot of pressure from the store to spend in the past. Consultant Symeon was a pleasure to work with and was happy to take us through the process. Walked away with a bill $100 less and he took us through what each charge was. We highly recommend working with Symeon and will be making sure he's here next time we upgrade!
