      image I entered the ATT store completely annoyed with att inefficiency in processes. Marc took care of my needs completely unfazed by my annoyance. By the time I left Marc single-handedly changed my mindset. I offered to buy him coffee with my thanks. He said I was very nice but declined. 5 stars is the least I can doa raise and highly effective performance rating is in order!!
