These folks are an independent, local, family-owned business with no corporate overhead or price quotas and they have more than a generation of experience serving their hometown and surrounding area. They showed up exactly when they said they would and identified the issue with my rattling pipes in less than five minutes. They were exactly right in their diagnosis as the part they replaced fixed the problem immediately. With a two-man team, one under the house and one at the main water supply, they fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. They showed up in masks and took care to make sure everyone felt safe. Great guys would hire them again in a second and would recommend them to my best friends. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is a complete coincidence that the owner of this business and I share the same last name. There is no relationship, family or business between us. (But I am glad a man who shares my last name does such good work and runs such a reputable business.)

Randy visited to inspect/repair shower valve and water heaters. Took pictures and measurements, said he'd call "next week." Never heard from him. He may do great work and be so busy that he doesn't need my business. Good for him. But I called Thompson Plumbing and had literally perfect service - punctual, professional, thorough and honest - start to finish. That's who I'll go to for future plumbing needs.
