Very disappointed in their management. Called to get an estimate for replacement of a garbage disposal and they refused to give an estimate over phone. Spoke to manager and he said that they did not want to estimate because did not know what problems they would run into but said to trust him, they would be fair and reasonable. Technician got to house, punched replace garbage disposal in ipad and said it will be $300 per unit as we needed 2 replaced. I asked was it pretty straight forward and he said yes, it would only take about 30 minutes per unit. So I asked, this seams like $600 per hour and he said yes that is what he is told to charge. I called manager and he said that the tech on site just worked fast and that he did not feel he was over charging. Also said at this point, he could either install or leave and just charge the troubleshooting fee. He had us over a barrel in that we could not wait and get someone else to house. When they finished in about 45 minutes the tech felt bad and did take $100 off the bill but this still felt like they were taking advantage of us. Very disappointing to be a reputable company. The 5 star review goes to Jacob Hart and Noah. I wish I could give the rating to the company as a whole but definitely NOT the case. After over promising and not delivering by previous technicians, Jacob and Noah came in for the rescue. They worked diligently to correct the broken promises I was sold with the total repipe of my house and provided quality work and updates along the way. I could not be happier with the work that these guys specifically did. I would NEVER use the company again however if these guys started their own business, I would be first in line. If you are in a pinch and call these guys PLEASE request them and you will get the service you pay for, otherwise you will be up sold and promised things that will not happen!! Jacob Brown was my technician and did a great job. He was investigating our lines for a plumbing leak and quickly determined that the leak was coming from the dishwasher. He still did a thorough inspection of all plumbing related lines and connections nearby and talked me through how to explain the leak to an appliance repair tech.
