Every time I come to this zaxbys it's something different. The first time I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes just for them to tell me they didn't have any boneless wings. The second time I got overcharged for my meal. The third time they didn't have any hot honey mustard or regular honey mustard. And this time I just came here they can't take gift cards. I'll never come back here again. Good thing the Hanes mall zaxbys is right down the street.

The food isn't horrible, but it's not fantastic either. The service is by far the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. I came here a few years ago and it was the same way then. Gave it another shot today, and once again it was terrible service. At least pretend like you want me to spend my money here.
