Really good food. Usually friendly service but can be hit and miss.

This was my second attempt at giving Zaxbys a try and I think I'm done. I drove a pretty good distance to this location, as the Zaxbys near me is horrible. I ordered curbside pickup and let them know I was there. I parked, waited, watched the staff inside, and no one came out with my order. Eventually, I went to the drive thru because I wasn't just going to wait for nothing like an idiot. When I told the drive thru worker my name, of course my order was ready. When I got home, there was no sauce in any of the meals I ordered. I was astounded. How do yall forget sauce when it's a big part of eating the tenders? I had to eat them dry and it was not pleasant. Also, the "toast" was not toasted. It was just floppy bread. Like I said, I'm done giving Zaxbys a chance. Just gross fast food and terrible service.
