        I used Knight's Plumbing to install a water line for my refrigerator. It works, that is about all I can say about that. However, when Austin cut through my vapor barrier and removed the insulation to install the line, he never repaired the vapor barrier nor replaced the insulation. I am on a crawl space so I never would go under to see this, and he never told me that it was not done. At the end of the day, this was complete laziness and a lack of concern for the damages that have now occurred. Condensation has built up and is being absorbed into my subflooring causing it to buckle. Needless to say, this is now a very expensive repair. I have texted him twice about this situation, but he has not responded.
