Yogi in the Smokies

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. We rented cabin #212. We were SO impressed by this cabin. The pictures on the website did not show the inside so we didn’t know what to expect. It was SO spacious! The website said dorm fridge but we had a full size fridge. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen utensils we needed. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and supper there. The shower always had hot water. The beds were comfy. The only con we came across was that two poisonous snakes were found on the campsite while we were there but that was not the campgrounds fault… we washed laundry while we were there and it was convenient… Pack quarters…it was just a great trip and place! We will definitely be back to try out another cabin

Average campground. Some sites aren't marked, not the greatest restroom/shower facility. Nice river running next to it. Kids activities are a bonus for families

The new management is a joke. They gave up guaranteed money that my family has been going and paying the last 16 yrs. The place has not been updated in the last 3 yrs. BEWARE!!! New policy of pay in advance will loose them a lot of guaranteed money. This year first week of October goes to show what they will lose, half of campground was empty!!!

We camped on site 149 and had an amazing time! My 2 sons (ages 3 and 12) had such a fun time that they want to come back every year. Wifi was strong throughout the park, water and power worked great at our site. You can bring your own firewood, but don't stop at the store for it. There is a stand a mile or 2 before the park that sells it for $4/bundle. There were so many things for the kids to do that they didn't think about video games or TV at all! The bathrooms were clean, just ran out of TP once. The showers had nice pressure, hot, and clean. We will be back!
